Nine days of navratri puja includes, Devi puja and Lalitha sahasranama, Laxmi sahasranama and Sarawati sahasranama. Navratri depicts the spiritual evolution in life of a worshipper. The mother aspect of god is worshipped as Maha Durga, Maha Laxmi & Maha Saraswati.
We need community members to sponsor for Navratri events for all 9 days. The sponsor can take any of the 9 days and will be allocated on first come first basis. The sponsorship includes:
- Organizing puja & aarti for a day
- Bringing prasad & flowers and after clean up for a day
- Organizing Devi bhajans for a day
- Sending out an invitaion to all their respective friends and families to participate for the event for that particular day
We request the community to participate in the above sponsorship and bring their friends and families for an evening of worship and bhajans.
All devotees are encouraged to bring Prasad & flowers for the daily Navratri Bhajan events.
