Maine Hindu Temple (MHT) invites all the community members along with family and friends to celebrate the birthday of our most loved deity Lord Ganesha known as Sri Ganesh Chaturthi.
Ganesha who is the younger son of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati is known by 108 different names among devotees and in mythology. Ganpati, the God of good beginnings is prayed to on special occasions. Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated with great pomp and fervor in most parts of the country.
The program details:
08/24 Thursday - DAY1
6.00 pm - Sri Ganesh Stapana, Ashtothram and Nivedanam
7.30 pm - Sri Ganasha Aarti
8.00 pm - Prasad distribution
9.00 pm - Cleaning
08/25- Friday - DAY 2
7 pm - Archana, Nivedyam, Sri Ganapathi Aarti
8 PM - Prasad distribution
08/26 - Saturday - DAY 3
10 AM - Archana, Nivedyam, Sri Ganapathi Aarti followed by Ganesh Visarjan.
11 AM - Prasad distribution
